What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of acute A-GPC supplementation on upper and lower body muscular strength, endurance, power, and global levels of activation.

Inclusion Criteria

I am a college-aged male who trains for sports.

Exclusion Criteria

I have a heart, metabolic, kidney, liver, or muscle/bone condition.
I am currently taking medication.
Subjects using nutritional supplements

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Treatment

Participants receive oral Alpha-GPC (900 mg) or placebo and undergo muscle activation and strength testing

1 visit (in-person)

Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment
