This trial will test whether a hospital-based self-care program can improve the wellbeing of nurses, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for full-time healthcare providers over 18, such as nurses, doctors, and therapists who work directly with patients in a hospital or clinic. They must consent to participate and for MDs/DOs either have admitting privileges at a hospital or be enrolled in a Cedars Sinai Medical Residency Program.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests an integrative self-care program that includes Reiki and Caring Science with Mindful Practice (CSMP) courses to see if they improve the wellbeing of interprofessional healthcare staff.See study design
