Additionally, the participants must meet a series of criteria: gender (male or female), inadequately managed glaucoma, lack of valve in their eye's aqueous shunt for surgery, primary glaucomas/pseudoexfoliation/pigmentary/traumatic glaucomas that have failed trabeculectomy or other intraocular surgeries previously attempted; superotemporal or inferonasal placement of tube and be competent enough to provide consent."
