Study Summary

This trial will assess the effectiveness of a microneedling system to reduce facial wrinkles and improve skin texture and laxity.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for healthy men and women aged 35-75 with mild to moderate facial wrinkles and some skin laxity, who are not pregnant or planning pregnancy, haven't had recent aesthetic treatments or plastic surgery in the face area, and agree to avoid certain medications and topical agents during the study. Participants must practice effective contraception.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The Skinstylus Sterilock microneedling system's ability to reduce facial wrinkles is being tested over four sessions at baseline, days 30, 60, and 90. Effectiveness will be measured using specific wrinkle and skin laxity grading scales on days 90, 120, and finally at day 150.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Potential side effects of microneedling can include redness, swelling, bruising at the treatment site; these typically resolve quickly. There may also be a risk of infection or scarring if proper aftercare isn't followed.
