This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have taken beta-alanine within the last six months.You have experienced a serious physical injury within the last six months.You must have been doing CrossFit for at least one year.You exercise with CrossFit at least twice a week.You have changed the amount of any nutritional supplement you take in the last month.
