This trial will test a new active video game-centered lifestyle physical activity intervention for adolescents and young adults who are at very high-risk for steep functional decline after surgery for a central nervous system tumor.

- You are able to receive physical therapy, which is a standard part of the treatment.You need to have access to the internet every day.You are between the ages of 15 and 39.The study is looking for oncologists or survivorship care providers who work with young adult cancer survivors.You can read, speak, and understand English.You haven't been active enough, meaning you haven't exercised for at least 150 minutes with moderate to high intensity in the past week.You or your legal guardian understand the study and agree to participate.The clinical trial is looking for young adult cancer survivors between the ages of 15 and 39.You have been diagnosed with a brain tumor or there is evidence of a brain tumor detected by medical imaging or biopsy.You had surgery less than a year ago and can still receive other treatments like radiation or chemotherapy for your tumor.
- Group 1: Aim 1. Focus Groups
- Group 2: Aim 2. Pilot randomized controlled trial:
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
