"This clinical trial will evaluate the efficacy of participants who meet its inclusion criteria over an 8-week period. The primary outcome is to compare these individuals with those approached for involvement in the study. Secondary endpoints include changes in exercise readiness, distress level and inflammatory biomarkers from baseline measurements to post-intervention assessment points; this data shall be collected using reliable instruments such as Stage of Motivational Readiness for Physical Activity questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale and Luminex/ELISA panel respectively."
