Who is the study for?
This trial is for women aged 65 or older who have been experiencing urinary incontinence (UI) for at least the last three months. Participants should be able to perform exercises and not have a history of UI treatment, significant pelvic organ prolapse, bladder emptying issues, neurogenic bladder conditions like MS or Parkinson's, dementia, cognitive impairment, or severe mobility issues.Check my eligibility

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- I am unable or unwilling to participate in an exercise program.I have a condition like MS, Parkinson's, had a stroke, or spinal injury that affects bladder control.I have been treated for urinary incontinence, including medication or surgery within the last year.I need help or a device to walk due to a nerve or muscle condition.My pelvic organs have dropped below the vaginal opening.I have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment.You have experienced urinary incontinence for at least the last 3 months, as measured by a specific scoring system called the Incontinence Severity Index.I have trouble fully emptying my bladder.I am a woman aged 65 or older.
