It’s a virtual trial. I’m interested in things other than meds that could improve my cervical dystonia.

I’ve tried Botox for my dystonia and it is not very effective. I’m currently treating my dystonia with meditation and at home physical therapy. I think yoga could really help too. I used to do yin yoga, but I sometimes have trouble fitting it in.
