Who is the study for?
This trial is for teens aged 14-19 with type 1 diabetes who aren't very active (less than half the recommended physical activity). They must be able to read English, have a continuous glucose monitor, access to a TV or computer with HDMI/USB port, and regular healthcare. Those with conditions preventing exercise like cerebral palsy can't join.Check my eligibility
