"The primary assessment for this trial, which will span 12 months or so, is the total of patients that have completed their appointments via telemedicine. Secondary objectives to be measured include Patient Costs (as determined by a polar/multiple choice survey and open-ended questions), Glycemic Control Progression (which can be gauged with HbA1c % readings from EMRs) and Cost to Payor (determined through an inquiry into training time needed on billing process, data collection process etc.)."
