Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- Currently drink alcoholYou currently smoke or use tobacco products.You were born with physical abnormalities.You have gestational diabetes that is controlled by diet and lifestyle.You are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant.You are between 18 and 50 years old.You have diabetes before becoming pregnant.You have long-term high blood pressure.You have had a heart condition that developed during or after pregnancy.You have a medical condition that makes it unsafe for you to exercise.You are pregnant with only one baby.You are taking medications for heart or blood pressure conditions.You have asthma or another lung disease that is as bad as or worse than persistent mild asthma.
Research Study Groups:
This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: aerobic
- Group 2: low-resistance

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
