This trial will compare digital CBT to regular care for adults with depression to see if it helps improve symptoms.

Who is the study for?
Adults in the USA, aged 22 or older with mild to moderate Major Depressive Disorder can join this study. They must speak and write English, have regular internet access on a compatible device, and be willing to follow the study rules. People at risk of suicide, currently receiving therapy for depression or who've had CBT in the last year cannot participate.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The Rise Study is testing if digital Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps improve depression symptoms compared to being on a waitlist. Participants will either receive digital CBT treatment or be placed on a waitlist without active treatment for comparison.See study design
