Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a severe personality disorder or psychotic disorder that could interfere with your ability to follow the treatment plan.You are not able to understand or complete the tasks needed for this study.You have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or Bipolar Disorder, and are currently experiencing symptoms of a major depressive episode.You meet the criteria for Intellectual Disability according to the DSM-V.You do not have a current or recent history (within the last year) of severe mental illness, like psychosis. If you had a brief episode of psychosis in the past, it may be up to the doctor's judgment whether you can participate.You have an iPhone and can connect to the internet.You need to have access to the internet to be able to view an online mindfulness course.You have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder or have a history of primary post-traumatic stress disorder.You have a recent history of drug or alcohol addiction that may affect the study results.You are currently at serious risk of harming yourself or others, and have a plan to carry out that harm. This includes past attempts that required hospitalization.You are currently participating in cognitive training programs, such as brain-training software, mindfulness practice, or yoga. You have a significant neurological condition, such as stroke, seizure disorder, or multiple sclerosis, that could affect the study's results, according to the investigator's opinion.

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
