- You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.You have a history of drug or alcohol addiction.You have a medical condition that may affect your ability to think and behave normally, making it difficult to measure your cognitive and behavioral processes accurately.You need to have an IQ score of 70 or higher.You have a condition that affects your ability to learn, communicate or interact with others, such as intellectual disability, pervasive developmental delay, or autism spectrum disorders.You have a history of mental illness that causes you to lose touch with reality.
- Group 1: Behavioral Activation (BA) Therapy
- Group 2: Problem Solving Therapy (PST)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
