Study Summary
This trial looks at two programs for addressing depression and anxiety symptoms. The primary aim is to see if there is a difference in depression symptoms at 4 weeks. The secondary aim is to see if there is a difference in anxiety symptoms. The tertiary aim is to see if the programs are feasible and acceptable.
