Study Summary

This trial will show how cognitive control training can help reduce depressive symptoms in young people with early warning signs of depression. This could lead to better prevention of depression.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for young people who are experiencing mild depressive symptoms but aren't in current psychotherapy or have severe depression, psychosis, or autism. They must be willing to use technology for the intervention and not have changed their medication dose in the last 4 weeks. Those with color blindness or any suicidal thoughts as per C-SSRS are excluded.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests a computerized cognitive training (CCT) game called EndeavorRx on youth with mild depression. It aims to see how CCT can change behaviors and potentially reduce depressive symptoms, which could inform future prevention strategies.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves a non-invasive video game designed for cognitive training, no significant side effects are expected. However, participants may experience frustration or eye strain from using digital screens during the intervention.
