- I am currently stable and do not have any worsening chronic diseases or physical impairments.I live at home and can move around but with some difficulty.My mental health medications will be noted for the study.I am unable to make medical decisions due to cognitive impairment.I have seen or plan to see a mental health specialist recently.I experience symptoms of depression or anxiety.I am 60 or older and identify as Latino, Asian, Black, or non-Latino White.You are currently at high risk for suicide, and the study has an emergency plan in place to connect you with specialized care if needed.You have a serious problem with drug or alcohol abuse.You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis according to your own report.
- Group 1: Positive Minds Strong Bodies Enhanced
- Group 2: Enhanced Usual Care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
