Group I: Outpatient Physiotherapy InterventionExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
POETIC will test a patient-oriented, outpatient physiotherapy intervention tailored to each patient based on their symptoms, functional limitations, and goals. The intervention consists of eight one-on-one, supervised sessions delivered over 8 to 10 weeks, approximately one week apart. Each session will be approximately one hour long.

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a blood clot in your lungs.You have been diagnosed with post-viral fatigue syndrome, ME/CFS or fibromyalgia before the study.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Outpatient Physiotherapy Intervention

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
