This trial will test if breathing exercises and meditation can help ease symptoms in people who have had Covid-19 and are still experiencing health problems.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults aged 18-70 in the U.S. who have had a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 and are diagnosed with Long Covid. Participants should understand English and be interested in an online Breathing and Wellness webinar. Those with severe depression, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder that could limit participation are excluded.Check my eligibility

The study tests if a digitally delivered breathing practice and guided meditation can help relieve physical and mental symptoms associated with Long Covid when compared to routine daily activities.See study design

This group will be asked to wait for 3 weeks before being introduced to the Breathing and Wellness Webinar intervention which includes two yogic breathing practices (Simha Kriya and Naddi Shuddi) and a guided meditation (Isha Kriya).
