This trial will help to assess whether the Compass Course is efficacious in helping individuals who were hospitalized with COVID-19 to reframe a sense of self and reaffirm or reconstruct a sense of purpose in their daily lives.

- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.

"This trial is recruiting 48 individuals who have already contracted covid-19, and are aged between 18 to 80 years old. Additional selection criteria include being able to understand English, having completed high school or equivalent qualifications, possessing the capacity for sight, sound and speech (with or without aid), access to a computer/smartphone with an adequate internet connection; compatible device software such as iOS 9.0 - 14.4 or Android 8.1 - 11; consenting to download mEMA application notifications and participating in all intervention sessions."
