- My kidney function is reduced, with high creatinine or low clearance.I have severe heart failure or a serious heart valve problem.I have an irregular heartbeat or a severe heart block.You have a certain type of heart device called an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator that is within the area where the imaging will be done.I have had multiple myeloma or an organ transplant.I was hospitalized for unstable chest pain but have been stable for the last 48 hours.You are allergic to iodine-based contrast dye.I have had kidney issues after a dye was used for imaging tests.You have had a lot of radiation exposure from medical scans in the past 18 months.I have had heart surgery in the past.I have had a procedure to open my heart's arteries within the last 6 months.I've had severe chest pain or heart attack symptoms in the last 2 days.I have severe chest pain during normal activities despite treatment.If you need a special heart test called invasive coronary angiography or CT angiography, you cannot participate.You cannot participate if you have very low blood pressure, recently used certain medications, recently had a heart attack, have a very slow heart rate, or have a body mass index over 30.I have stable chest pain from heart disease and have been on treatment for it for at least a month.You have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease using a special type of heart imaging test.I am allergic to beta-blockers or have severe asthma or COPD.
- Group 1: Interventional Group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
