- You have been involved in a structured dance program for at least 2 days in the last month.You engage in less than three days or less than 90 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity each week.You have a heart or blood vessel problem, or you have factors that increase your risk of having such problems like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, being overweight, smoking, or having a family history of heart problems.You have a serious lung condition called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).You scored more than 21 on a test that measures cognitive abilities over the phone.You have fallen multiple times in the last year.Your diet is not considered healthy, scoring less than 8 based on assessment.Your diet has been assessed and found to be below the recommended standards.You have recently broken a bone that is still healing or has not healed yet.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
