- You have a neurological disease.You have had a stroke.You have problems with your muscles or bones that may make it difficult for you to participate in exercise.You have difficulty seeing or hearing.You do not have any problems with your memory or difficulty remembering things.
- Group 1: High-Speed Circuit Resistance Training Group
- Group 2: High-Speed Multidirectional Yoga Group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
