The primary objective is to analyze the Change in Precipitating Events Project (PEP) Functional Status Scale from baseline to two month periods for immediate intervention sites compared to those of waitlist control sites at two and four months. Secondary objectives involve assessing Quality of Life in Alzheimer's disease (QOL-AD), number of hospitalizations during the study period, and Resilience Scale (RS-14)."
