GetSmart Trial Summary
This trial will test the feasibility and outcomes of an 8-week remotely delivered intervention of prolonged nightly fasting, compared to a health education control, in 50 obese, stressed adults. Outcomes will be related to cognitive function, metabolism, and associated lifestyle behaviors.
