- I have a condition like Parkinson's, epilepsy, or MS affecting my thinking.I am not on medications that affect brain function.I have no major illnesses like heart disease, kidney failure, or diabetes.I am between 60 and 90 years old.You have a serious mental illness like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression within the past two years.You have smoked tobacco or used marijuana in the last 3 months.My blood pressure is high, over 130/80 mmHg.I have had a concussion in the past 2 years and more than 3 in my lifetime.
- Group 1: Stretching
- Group 2: Aerobic exercise
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
