Treatment Details

Study Objectives

Outcome measures can provide a clearer picture of what you can expect from a treatment.
Primary outcome measures
Change in rate of advance directive completion during or following the visit
Change in the rate of completed advance directives that are uploaded to the patient's electronic medical record
Secondary outcome measures
Change in Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS)
Change in Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)
