- I have been experiencing pain for 90 days or more.You have severe mental health conditions that are not currently stable.I am not pregnant nor trying to conceive.I take a high dose of pain medication daily.I am a veteran eligible for VA services.I have no history of major brain conditions or implants that prevent MRI scans.I am between 18 and 69 years old.You are experiencing strong withdrawal symptoms from opioids.I have been on opioids for chronic pain for at least 90 days in the past year.
- Group 1: sham training
- Group 2: opioid approach bias training
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
