- I am on blood thinners or drugs for metabolism or inflammation.My weight has been stable, not changing by more than 3kg in the past 6 months.I have a history of heart or metabolic disease.I am between 18 and 40 years old.I am a woman who has regular periods and am not in menopause.
- Group 1: moderate-intensity continuous exercise
- Group 2: low-intensity continuous exercise
- Group 3: high-intensity interval exercise
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
