Who is eligible to participate in this experiment?
"This trial is looking for 10 children with cerebral palsy, between the ages of 4 and 7. To qualify for the study, these participants must also weigh between 23-46 kgs, have a leg length (hip to floor) of 40-56 cm., be classified as GMFCS Level IV equivalent or higher, and possess adequate knee/ hip ranges of motion which will permit them to wear an exoskeleton comfortably."
What key outcomes is the research aiming to achieve?
"This clinical trial's primary outcome, which will be assessed at Baselines and after 6 weeks of intervention as well as a month post-intervention, is to measure changes in Mechanomyography. Secondary objectives monitor fluctuations from Baseline through the Directional Mobility Assessment (DMA), Sitting Assessment for Children with Neuromotor Dysfunction (SACND) - rating scale of 1-4, and finally by tracking alterations via parent-report on PEDI-CAT Questionnaire."
