- I am able to understand and sign the consent form.I am 65 years old or older.You cannot see.My home hospice caregiver is at least 18 years old.Someone in your family is receiving hospice care at home.My home hospice caregiver speaks English.I am 18 years old or older.I am in home hospice care and am not blind.I do not have a terminal diagnosis of dementia.I am in home hospice care and speak English.You must be able to speak English.You are currently receiving hospice care at home.I am 65 or older and receiving care at home for a terminal illness.
- Group 1: Control arm
- Group 2: I-HoME intervention
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
