This trial will test if a technology-based care intervention can improve home hospice care for older adults.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for English-speaking adults over 18 who are not blind and have a family member aged 65 or older receiving home hospice care. It excludes patients with dementia or cognitive impairments that prevent informed consent.Check my eligibility
