KINDER Trial Summary

This trial will test if a new intervention helps family caregivers of people with dementia improve their resourcefulness, care quality, and relationship quality. Participants will do 2 surveys to track results.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults over 18 who help a family member or friend with dementia for at least 8 hours weekly, assisting with daily activities like bathing or shopping. They should not plan to move the care recipient into a nursing facility within 3 months and must be able to read English and access the internet.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The KINDER intervention aims to improve caregivers' resourcefulness, relationship quality, and care level while reducing potential verbal elder mistreatment. Participants will complete surveys before and after the intervention to measure its effectiveness.See study design
