This trial aims to see if a 4-week mindfulness program is feasible and well-received by young women in Puerto Rico experiencing high levels of stress. It will also investigate how the program affects participants'

Who is the study for?
This trial is for young women in Puerto Rico who are experiencing high levels of stress and may have cardiometabolic syndrome or metabolic issues. Participants should be willing to attend weekly virtual mindfulness sessions, do daily exercises at home, and fill out online questionnaires.Check my eligibility
