Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy for Breast Cancer
Trial Summary
Will I have to stop taking my current medications?
The trial protocol does not specify whether you need to stop taking your current medications.
What data supports the effectiveness of the treatment Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy for Breast Cancer?
Is ultrasound-guided biopsy safe for humans?
How is ultrasound-guided biopsy different from other breast cancer treatments?
Ultrasound-guided biopsy is unique because it uses sound waves to guide a needle to take tissue samples from the breast, making it a minimally invasive and highly accurate method for diagnosing breast cancer compared to traditional surgical biopsies. This technique is also useful for removing certain benign breast lumps without surgery.2591011
