Study Summary
This trial aims to develop new ways of diagnosing breast cancer using optical spectroscopy, and testing how well they work alongside core needle biopsies. Patients scheduled for mastectomies or lumpectomies will be asked to participate, as well as patients with a high chance of cancer based on mammography.
