What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of this research is to investigate associations between mindfulness and meditation techniques and changes in maternal breastmilk in the mother pumping for her NICU infant.

This trial is for mothers pumping breastmilk for their infants in the NICU. It's designed to see if mindfulness and meditation can help with milk production and maternal well-being.

Inclusion Criteria

I am over 20 years old.
I can read, write, and understand English.
My infant was admitted to the NICU.
