Group I: Problem-Solving TrainingExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
PST is a cognitive-behavioral intervention. Delivery of the PST + usual care condition will be administered to caregivers over the course of 6 one-hour per week, telephone calls/sessions that will entail education related to problem-solving skills/problem-solving model and application to caregiving and managing caregiver related problems.
Group II: Attention ControlPlacebo Group1 Intervention
Attention/social contact control. Health education (non-skill focused).

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a serious hearing problem that makes it hard to communicate and follow instructions for the study.You have a documented traumatic brain injury related to military deployments in Iraq or Afghanistan.You have a serious illness that would make it difficult for you to take part in the project for its entire duration.There is no record or proof of a head injury related to military service in Iraq or Afghanistan.You have a designated caregiver who takes care of you.
