- You do not speak English or Spanish.You have opioid use disorder (OUD) and also have depression and/or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
- Group 1: Collaborative Care
- Group 2: Control
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Secondary objectives encompass MOUD initiation within 14 days of diagnosis via the patient's Electronic Health Record (EHR), Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scales scores collected through interview, as well as quality care for Major Depressive Disorders evaluated by 4 psychotherapy visits or an adequate 12-week medication trial recorded in the EHR."
