- Group 1: Experimental Group 1
- Group 2: Experimental Group 2
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.

In addition, they must have an average pain intensity greater than 3 on a 0-10 scale, disability rating above 4 according to the Roland and Morris Disability Questionnaire, agreement with the statement "It is not really safe for me to be physically active," Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia score in excess of 36, have sought consultation from a health care provider concerning back pain, and meet category 1-3 on the Quebec Task Force on Spinal Disorders Classification System which reflects low back pain without neurological signs that has been ongoing for at least half the days"
