To be eligible, the individual must have finished (or almost completed) high school and possess a Full-Scale IQ score of 80 or higher as determined by Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence-II testing. Additionally, documentation indicating an ASD diagnosis within the past five years and English fluency are also essential criteria for enrolment. Lastly, participants need to have someone close that can attend assessment visits and report on their behaviors."
What is the primary goal of this research project?
"This medical trial, measured over a Baseline and post-intervention time frame, seeks to evaluate the Change in Behavioral Rating Inventory of Executive Function, Adult Version (BRIEF-A) Scores from before treatment to after. Secondary goals include monitoring how well participants adjust to college via Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ), evaluating Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (CES) scores at both post-treatment and 4 month follow up points, as well as gauging Center for Epidemiological Studies - Depression, Revised (CESD-R) Score changes between baseline and periodic checkups."
