- I have a history of heart failure with symptoms.Your blood clotting test (INR) is higher than 4.0 at the time of the procedure.I have had surgery for an enlarged prostate or bladder.I am mentally capable of giving consent and following up.You have a blood clot in the left atrium of your heart.I have severe narrowing of my aortic valve or severe leakage of my mitral valve.I am between 18 and 75 years old.You need a femoral arterial line for blood pressure monitoring.Your weight is very high (BMI over 40) or very low (BMI under 20).I do not have any uncontrolled or unstable health conditions.My heart pumps less blood than it should.You are pregnant or have had a positive pregnancy test in the past week.My atrial fibrillation is caused by a condition that can be treated or reversed.You have medical records showing atrial fibrillation or atypical atrial flutter.
- Group 1: Same day discharge
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
