- My Psoriatic Arthritis diagnosis is confirmed by a rheumatologist.I have been on a stable PsA treatment for at least 3 months.Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 40.I am currently taking corticosteroids.You are pregnant or could become pregnant.I am between 18 and 80 years old.Your psoriatic arthritis is too active, as measured by a specific test called DAPSA.I do not have any health conditions that would make it unsafe for me to change my diet.I plan to change my psoriasis or PsA treatment soon.You have had an allergic reaction to olive oil or nuts in the past.You are already taking part in another study about physical activity or diet.I can go to all my follow-up appointments.You do not want to change your eating habits.
- Group 1: Diet 3
- Group 2: Diet 1
- Group 3: Diet 2
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
