- If you have thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else when we first talk to you on the phone, you won't be able to participate in the study.You are currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms like hallucinations or delusions.You have extreme difficulty controlling your behavior or showing aggression.You are not willing to stop engaging in self-harming behaviors during the study.You have one or more of the following conditions: Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Fear of Open Spaces, Specific Phobias, or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
- Group 1: Waitlist
- Group 2: Treatment (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy)
