Study Summary
This trial will study whether visual imagery and behavioral techniques can reduce alcohol craving and drinking. Healthy people ages 21-65 who are mildly concerned about their drinking and have had these habits in the past 3 months are eligible. The trial includes 6 study visits over 4 weeks.

- I do not have a history of bipolar, psychotic disorders, suicide attempts, or untreated mood or anxiety disorders.You have consumed too much alcohol in the past 90 days. This means drinking more than 3 drinks in a day for women or more than 4 drinks in a day for men, or drinking more than 7 drinks in a week for women or more than 14 drinks in a week for men, for at least 10 weeks.You answered a questionnaire about your alcohol use and your score is between 8 and 15, indicating you may have some concerns or consequences related to your drinking.I like or don't mind the smell and sight of alcohol.I have not had more than 3 drinks in a day or 7 in a week.I have had weeks of heavy drinking in the last 3 months.I am able to understand and provide consent for my treatment.I have not had more than 4 drinks in a day or 14 in a week.I am using effective birth control and my pregnancy tests are negative.I have a current liver disease or dysfunction.I am taking medication that requires me to avoid alcohol.I am between 21 and 65 years old.I am not pregnant, breastfeeding, nor planning to become pregnant during the study.

- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Additionally, participants are required to get an AUDIT score of 8-15 with 1 endorsement other than items 1-3 (which measure consumption rather than any accompanying concern), be indifferent/positive towards alcoholic odours and flavours, as well as fall into the specified age range."
