- I need help from someone else for my daily activities.I have had a stroke before.I have severe COPD.I will not leave the country for more than 2 weeks in the next 6 months.I am older than 65.I have a bone that is currently healing or has recently healed from a fracture.I have uncontrolled heart disease or diabetes.
- Group 1: ¡En Forma y Fuerte! @home/en casa
- Group 2: BAILAMOS™ @home/en casa
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
