Who is the study for?
This trial is for adult cancer survivors or caregivers of cancer patients, who are looking to reduce stress and improve psychological well-being. It's not suitable for those with current severe psychiatric conditions, drug addiction, recent bereavement, inability to complete assessments in English, or any condition that may hinder following the study protocol.Check my eligibility

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have recently experienced the loss of a loved one.You have a problem with drug addiction or have recently recovered from drug addiction.You currently have severe mental health issues including depression and suicidal thoughts that may affect your ability to take part in the study.You have had cancer in the past or you take care of someone who has had cancer.You have a medical condition that the researcher thinks makes you unsuitable for this study, based on specific criteria from the authorized Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) curriculum guide.
