This trial is for adult cancer survivors or caregivers of cancer patients, who are looking to reduce stress and improve psychological well-being. It's not suitable for those with current severe psychiatric conditions, drug addiction, recent bereavement, inability to complete assessments in English, or any condition that may hinder following the study protocol.Check my eligibility
