This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a history of epilepsy.You have a disorder affecting your brain or nervous system.You have Raynaud's syndrome.Only people who are in good health and not currently experiencing any medical conditions are eligible to participate.Do not take short-acting pain medications for 6 hours before participating in the study.You have a condition that causes you constant pain or discomfort.You are allergic to capsaicin.You have a skin condition.You have a problem with your shoulder.
