This trial will test how different meals affect feelings of fullness and hunger. It is predicted that a lower-carbohydrate meal will make people feel more full and less hungry later than a higher-carbohydrate meal or no meal.

- I am a woman who has not gone through menopause.Your body weight is within a healthy range based on your height.I have had surgery to treat obesity.I have recently used weight loss drugs, supplements, or been on a diet.My weight has not changed by more than 6 pounds during the study.I am a woman who has not gone through menopause.I am showing signs of an infection.The study participants were willing to maintain their weight throughout the study period.I am between 18 and 55 years old.I have a significant heart, kidney, liver, hormone, lung, stomach, bile duct, pancreas, or nerve condition.
- Group 1: Low carbohydrate
- Group 2: Moderate carbohydrate
- Group 3: Higher Carbohydrate
- Group 4: Meal Skipping
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
