Subjects will participate in the Three Good Things (3GT) Positive Psychology journaling activity daily for six weeks.
Group II: Non-journaling groupActive Control1 Intervention
Subjects will not participate in the evening journal activity.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as active suicidal thoughts or drug addiction, except for nicotine addiction. If you have a history of drug addiction, you must have been in recovery for at least one year.You have certain mental health conditions that are currently actively affecting you, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder with agoraphobia or other phobic disorder, severe personality disorders or post-traumatic stress disorder.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: 3GT journaling group
- Group 2: Non-journaling group
Awards:
This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.

This trial has the following timeline:- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
